Where are you located?

Currently we are working out of our home office in downtown Toronto which is the same as our pick-up location.

Do you have a physcial store?

Currently, we had to give up our space on Bloor due to the restrictions, but we are looking to set up shop again as soon as possible!

What products do you carry?

We hope to be the best one-stop-shop for non-consumable products that go by the following criteria: plant-based, cruelty-free, natural, made in Canada, eco-friendly or zero-waste and from small businesses or artisans. Our top sellers are skincare products, but we also carry household cleaning items, household accessories, clothing, jewelry and even oracle cards! The more we grow, the more we hope to expand and add new items to our shop to better your shopping experience.

Why buy from The Queen V?

Good question! So let's say you love serums from Schmear, soaps from Bridlewood and cleansers from Skin Essence. You could purchase them online from their original sites, but chances are since you will have to purchase them seperately, you'll be paying multiple shipping costs. Not fun. So, we do it for you! We purchase the best items at wholesale cost and bring them into our inventory storage, taking care of the shipping costs for you. You'll notice most of our products are sold at the same rate of their original sellers. That ensures a fair shopping experience for you. You pick and choose your favourite products at their original retails price, and only pay 1 flat shipping rate or pick-up for free (if you're in the area) Good deal huh?! We think so.

You have a Bee in your logo, do your products have any honey or beesewax in them?

No! As we only carry plant-based items, we do not included any that have honey or beesewax in them, as they are produced by bees and should be kept for the bees. The bee logo has multiple meanings. For one, it's the soul animal of our founder (not to be confused with spirit animal, which is an Indigenous term) Also, it goes with the play-on-words of our name: The Queen V....get it? ;)


Will my order be charged tax?

Taxes charged are based on the destination province or territory that your order is being shipped. Orders shipped to the USA are not subject to any tax. When you complete your order, we will calculate the required tax based on your location.

How do I know my order went through?

As soon as you make your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us to let you know that we received your order. Depending on whether you placed an order to be shipped or for pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email accordingly. Orders being shipped will usually come with a tracking number fo you to follow. If you don't see your email confirmation for your order, check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder.

Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?

Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to confirming your order as we are unable to add additional items or edits details of your order after it's been placed. If you've made an error in your order please contact us immediately to see what we can do.

The product I want is sold out.

We're so sorry to hear that the product you're looking for is sold out! While we do not have a specific time frame as to when we can expect products to be restocked, we please ask that you reach out to us concerning said product and we will do our best to bring it back into stock and will offer you a 10% discount for the trouble.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards by Stripe provider, as well as PayPal. If you would like to do an e-transfer, please contact our team and we can accomodate that too.


Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to all of Canada and the U.S through Canada post and Chit Chats.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order is on it's way, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location and you will be provided with a tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email will have a tracking number attached. If you don't see one, contact us for help.

I'm picking up my order, how do i know when I can pick it up?

You will receive a confirmation email saying the order is ready for pick-up. Then you will receive a personal message from one of our team members to work out a convinient pick-up date and time for you during our available hours which can be any day of the week at various times throughout the day.


What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your products! And we can understand that sometimes different people have different reactions to natural ingredients. We ask that if you have any sensitivites, to please read the ingredient list carefully. However, if you have any reactions or are unhappy with the quality of your item, we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
